Ryan put Alex's jumper together this weekend.  He is still a little too small but so far he seems to like it!

Today is our 3 year wedding anniversary! We all look so young.  :-)

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter at my parents' house with my sister's family. Haley hunted for eggs and Hunter and Alex hung out together.  We had a turkey in the oil free turkey "fryer" that the G&G Hummer gave us for Christmas. It was very good and moist.  Plus, Alex napped while we ate so I didn't have to hold him and eat one handed!

In addition to Easter, we celebrated all of the April birthdays -- my mom (12th), Ryan (13th), and my dad (28th).  Jamie and Ted have April birthdays too!

Alex's white part of his eye was red yesterday so I took him to the doc and turns out he has pink eye.  We have some drops to put in 3 times a day.  It was just starting to get pink so the doc said we are catching it early. It is in the eye that has the blocked tear duct and she said that can make him more prone to pink eye because the tears aren't flowing properly and flushing out the eye.

Out for an evening stroll. He likes facing out in the bjorn.

Resignation

I resigned from work this morning.  My (new) boss was very nice and understanding.  Part of me really wants to go back to work but Alex is just too little to leave with someone else.  I am supposed to return to work this Monday, the 26th, but didn't want to resign before my bonus was paid (today).  I hate leaving them on such short notice as the other analyst is out of town next week and my boss is new to the role. Oh well, such is life.
