Olympic Party

Since we all have Olympic shirts, I had everyone over to watch the Olympics! Nothing good was on that day as it was during the day on Sunday but we still had fun!

G&G Hummer visit!

Grandma and Grandpa Hummer visited the last weekend in July. It was fun to just hang out and play with Alex. On Friday we ordered Star Pizza and watched the opening ceremony for the Olympics. Saturday Ryan and G&G Hummer went to lunch at the French Bistro in Rice Village as I went to a birthday party. We made fajitas for dinner. Sunday we went to breakfast/brunch at Barnabys Cafe and grilled pork for dinner. It was all yummy and Alex was behaved at the restaurant. Thanks for coming!

First fort!

Alex was playing and when I returned he had built his first fort! He is so silly!

Also his second bottom tooth is breaking through! He has been napping terribly lately and I am thinking/hoping it is because of his teeth?

First tooth!

Alex has his first tooth break through yesterday! It is his bottom right one. He's getting so big and so, so close to crawling. He can go from hands and knees back to sitting position and is getting frustrated that he isn't moving forward! Maybe he will have his first crawl while G&G Hummer are here this weekend.

7 Months!

Alex is 7 months old!

Haley, Hunter, and Rachel came over to Cool Aunt Julia's house last week. We watched lots of cartoons, ate lunch in the living room, and played computer games on the iPad. Her house is so much fun!

 Finally went to our 3 year wedding anniversary dinner 3 months late. G&G Dibble watched Alex and we used the anniversary gift card G&G Hummer gave us for Brennan's!

Rolling across floor

Hopefully the video comes through. Alex rolls across the floor into the wall then around 2:35 he gets up on his hands and knees. Getting close to crawling!
